Invado International was founded in 2009 under the name UCI - and their only service was energy in states that were deregulated. Upon expansion, they changed their name to Invado ("new beginnings"). This company now has 3 main industries: UCI Energy, SOZO Technologies, and the main focus is Referdia ~ A Daily Referral Company (also known as Daily Referral). This company was built by former reps of ACN, who had left the company after a durastic change in the comp plan that reduced thier residual incomes almost in half. The Mintz family (father and two sons) decided they could no longer represent a company they did not believe in, and went out in search of a new company. Knowing the industry and having been so successful in the past, they knew what they were looking for, and did not find it. So what they did was to create the "ideal" package. And they marketed Energy in the states as they became de-regulated, and became quite successful at that. They genuinely loved that they could save people money on a service that they could not do without. In 2010, the concept of Daily Referral was brought to them, and they immediately saw the potential, with a few tweaks, they have created what will no doubt conquor the exploding industry of group buying. And industry that is held primarily by Groupon, and a few smaller names, and a whole lot of even smaller, localized copycat/clone companies.
